How the site is funded
The running costs are a domain name and hosting, paid by Suman Kumar Phuyal personally. Nobody else funds the site, and there is no sponsor, paid tier or donation link. If that ever changes, this page will say so before the change goes live.
Editorial independence
Because nothing is sponsored, there is no commercial reason for anything on this site to say what it says. Cooking times, interval protocols and nap lengths are what the sources support, and where a popular figure comes with a caveat, the caveat is stated even though it makes the number less impressive.
